Continuous Improvement

– We continually train and update our employees on the newest technologies Our training is offered in house by both our staff and outside experts who come to speak to our team though our ChinaNetCloud Speaker Series. Learn more.
Mentoring
– As we grow we employ processes and procedures, along with an environment conducive to sharing what we learn in order to mentor new employees so that they can exceed their own expectations and become mentors themselves. One of the ways we mentor is to encourage our team to become knowledge leaders and share our expertise with the world. You can see an example of this at the Dell Server Management Conference where a number of our Engineers and other team members had an opportunity to speak to the technology community.
Team Building
– Every department is enabled to have their own team building event once a month. In addition, company wide events are held where we learn how to work together as a team and grow closer as friends. We are proud to have had our ChinaNetCloud 3 Year Anniversary last July.
Events
