- Linux optimization
- 24x7 Deep Monitoring
- Performance optimization
- Nginx & Apache scaling
- PHP & Java operations
- HAProxy & other HA solutions
- High-performance MySQL, pgsql
- Globally distributed backups
- Advanced automated setup and updating
- Dynamic multi-level procedure management
- LDAP and security engineering
- CDNs and global data distribution
- High-performance networking

Qualifications:
- At least five years of Linux sysadmin experience
- Senior-level skills in several of the above areas
- Experience in large-scale Internet systems is most important
- Good command on both written and spoken in English and Chinese
