Chinova Asia Development Ltd is a joint venture between Swedish Payment Service Provider Paynova and Chinese Ecommerce and Technology Company LeiXun, which has been assigned by Chinapay to develop international e-commerce including marketing platform and payment service in 2008. The vision of Chinova is to take a leading role in global cross-border B2C e-commerce businesses to and from China.
