Julu Mobile has a simple goal - make mobile developers the most revenue for their mobile content in China and the rest of the world. They do this with technology.  Julu is the first company to build targeting and ad formats native to the Chinese high-end mobile market.  Their team comes from Google, Microsoft, and eBay and is based in Shanghai.
