Team
NetCloud's team is simply the best in the industry and our most important asset. We have engineers from China, the U.S., France, Argentina, and around the world, each experts in their area. Many have NetCloud's own Tier 1 certifications and others have 10-20 years experience in world-class system operations and management. Further, we believe that our local Chinese staff should become the best in the world and quickly move up the ladder to senior engineer and technology expert.

Our technology and experience is world-class, since we have access to the best minds and talent in the world, both inside and outside China. We follow and deeply understand every important technology available, so we can properly apply each as necessary to your servers and systems. Training
NetCloud considers training one of the most important aspects of our business. Every senior engineer spends 30% of their time on developing training materials and training junior engineers. And every engineers receives some form of training every week. Most companies try to train everyone in everything, so most people only know the basics of any one technology. We are the reverse, as we heavily train even junior engineers to be experts in a few areas - we teach them everything there is to know about these areas, so they can provide the best support every day. More importantly, they can both avoid problems before they happen and fix the few that do occur. We are also happy to share our training materials with our customers to help improve their team's knowledge.

Processes
We combine our team's expertise with advanced technology to build repeatable processes that we use every day 7x24 to manage your servers and systems. This standardization insures that every system is the same, allows our junior engineers to be very efficient in their work, and provides easy support 7x24 without the need to escalate very often.
