工作内容

1,查看客户邮件及网络状态
2,在网站发生警报时通知相应技术人员
3,具体工作内容公司会予以培训
4,计算机相关专业优先

工作时间::周一~周日:10am~6pm, 6pm~2:am, 2am~10am, 一人八小时,多人轮班制。

Customer Support (work at home)

Requirement:
1, Responsible for the job
2, Good English listening and speaking ability
3, Computer available
4, Can do some night work

Job Description:
1, Check customer's e-mail and website status
2, Contact the company staff when alarm happens
3, Company will give the training of the work
4, IT or computer major is preferred

Working time: Monday~Sunday, 6pm~2am, 2am~10am, 8 hours/person for work shift
