    这是一个在公司中非常关键的职位，你将负责公司的监控系统，并带领一个由8名员工组成的负责夜间和周末支持的团队。对公司现有的支持系统提出你的想法和批评意见。对24*7技术支持团队的工作流程进行简化和改进。
 
工作描述：
1, 密切观察公司为内部服务器和所有客户服务器所建立的监测系统。
2, 追踪24*7技术支持的流程，根据客户在邮件中提出的需求、监控系统警报创建任务，并把任务分配给合适的工程师。
3, 每周准备监控图像的报告，分析图像异常情况，并创建任务让工程师进行深入调查。
4, 领导每周一次的与24*7技术支持团队的电话会议，总结他们每月的表现情况。
5, 熟练掌握计算机/互联网技术。
6, 良好的中英文表达和书写能力。

System Monitoring

    This is a very crucial role for the company, you will be responsible for company's monitoring system, lead a team of 8 night and weekend support staff. Continously provides ideas and criticisim to company's existing support system, and make changes to streamline and improve 24x7 support process.

Job Description
1, Closely watch company self built monitoring system for all customers and company internal servers
2, Following 24x7support procudure, create tickets for customer email request, alerts and assign it to the right engineers
3, Prepare weekly report on graphs, analyze strange graphs and create tickets for engineers to investigate
4, Lead weekly conference call with 24x7 support team, summarize their monthly performance
5, Good command of computer/Internet skills
6, Good command of English and Chinese
