ChinaNetCloud offers a wide variety of professional services to help our clients better understand, manage, and optimize their servers and systems.

Documentation
Many companies do not have good documentation of their current systems, so a key part of any NetCloud project is fully documenting the system, both for good records and so we can properly understand and manage the systems. Documentation includes every aspect of a server or system, including the hardware, boot systems, OS details on many levels, device drivers, networking, security, installed packages and versions, firewalls, startup/shutdown scripts, logging, name services, time services, authentication, RAID, and many other things including details of every installed application such as Apache, JBoss, BIND, etc.

System Architecture
NetCloud often helps clients design new systems or improve existing ones, especially in the areas of performance, flexibility, security, and cost control. We have a number of pre-defined architectures based on standards and industry best practices, and each can be customized as needed for each clients' needs.

Security
Everything we do at NetCloud involves some aspect of Security - it is built into everything. We also often help clients on specific security projects such as new LDAP systems, network security improvements, and a wide variety of enhancements in many areas.

Training
Netcloud believes that training is one of the most important aspects of our success. We continually train our employees on every modern technology and this training is also available to our clients. The training materials themselves, usually as PPTs and Flash, are available for free in our on-line training library. In addition, we can do hands-on training for clients, either on-site or in our Shanghai training center.
